You Are Invited to the 2015 Annual Chamber Dinner

The Rose Hill Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you and a guest to the 2015 Annual Chamber Dinner, featuring special guest speaker, Scott Redler of Freddy's Frozen Custard.

Join us on Thursday, June 18th, at the Rose Hill High School.

• Check-in and Social hour starts at 6:30 p.m.
• Dinner is served at 7:00 p.m.
• Special Guest Speaker starts at 7:30 p.m.

The Chamber is very excited to welcome guest speaker, Scott Redler, CEO and Co-founder of Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburger. Scott has an exciting success story from a small business perspective and we are thrilled to have him share it with us.

The Chamber will also present an update on the new website that was launched in April. Lee Media Group will share the new website and how excited we are to be able to provide our members with a personalized business profile.

Dinner will be catered by Truly Amazing Catering. Attendees will enjoy BBQ pulled pork or chicken, green beans with bacon, cheesy potatoes, coleslaw, and a choice of chocolate or carrot cake for dessert.

Scott Redler Scheduled to Speak at the Annual Chamber Dinner

A restaurant operator to his core, Scott Redler loves the sounds, sights, and smells of a well-run restaurant. He grew up in St. Louis and got his start in the restaurant business at age 15 where he catered events for groups of two to 6000.(He even served one of America's Vice Presidents.)  Redler paid his way through college managing a steakhouse. He earned his degree in restaurant and hotel management, moved to Minneapolis, and then eventually to Washington, D.C. where he worked as Executive Vice President for American Café. Redler then moved to Wichita.

In 1997, Scott Redler partnered with Bill Simon to launch Timberline Steakhouse. In 2002, the two men, along with Simon's brother, (Randy), and father (Freddy), created Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers. They worked to expand both restaurant concepts through 2011 when they sold Timberline to focus solely on the exciting expansion of Freddy's.

Remember to drop off your welcome bag items at Rose Hill City Hall. We hand out an average of 12 bags per month to new Rose Hill Water customers so it's nice to keep these stocked and ready. Examples of past items are pens, koozies, magnets, t-shirts, etc.
