ROSE HILL BANK OPENS IN SALINA AUGUST 10
IN FORMER SIMMONS FIRST BANK LOCATIONS
Rose Hill Bank’s parent company, American State Bancshares of Great Bend, has acquired the three Salina, Kansas branches of Simmons First National Bank. Beginning Monday, August 10, the banks will operate as branches of Rose Hill Bank. For Salina-area customers, this change marks a return of their bank to Kansas-ownership and community banking. And while the name of the bank is changing, the people aren’t. Customers can expect the highest level of service delivered by the same experienced bankers they have come to rely on.
“We look forward to growing and investing in the Salina area and to welcoming these customers and employees to our Rose Hill Bank-American State Bancshares family.” -- Roger Kepley, Rose Hill Bank President and CEO.
Since first opening for business in 1906, this bank has enjoyed a special relationship with the people it serves. Founded as a small, family-owned bank catering to residents of the Rose Hill community, Rose Hill Bank has since grown to become a dynamic quarter-billion-dollar plus institution delivering a full range of financial products and services to individuals, families and businesses throughout the area. Yet from the beginning what has distinguished this bank from others has been a face-to-face, neighbor-to-neighbor style of personalized service that is still at the heart of business today.
