Hometown Christmas in Rose Hill, Ks is a community fundraiser held the 2nd Saturday in December. The funds raised are distributed to various community needs throughout the year. This event is an all day affair that ends with a light parade.
Events includes, but not limited to:
-Christmas Breakfast, various morning entertainers, pictures with Santa, Gingerbread House construction, Kids Ornament Station, Letters to Santa, Silent Auction, Candy Cane Lane, Holiday Hustle Run, Vendor Marketplace and Craft Fair, Kay Club Grinch display, Blessing Bag Station, Rose Hill Recreation Commission RHRC open house, Story Time with Santa's Elves at the Rose Hill Public Library, Historical Museum Open House, hot chocolate and s'mores, used coat/hat/glove drive, Outdoor Sleigh Pictures, Blacksmith, Christmas Lunch Special - at Louis Rose Hill Café, Winter Camping Expo with hot dogs and cider, North Pole Petting Zoo, Craft Station and Free Popcorn, Ornament making, Cookie decorating, Christmas Story, Community Taco Supper, Ugly Sweater Contest, Raffle, Evening Live Entertainment and so much more!
Party Bus and horse with carriage rides to local businesses to participate in their events:
-Vendor Marketplace, Louis Rose Hill Café, Rose Hill Museum, Pleasant Center School, Rose Hill Public Library, Coffee with Friends, Rose Hill Bible Church, Nutrition Parlor, American Family Insurance-Gerald Amato, and The Health Connection.
