The Executive Board Meeting was called to order by Gerald Amato at 12:03 pm. The meeting was held at American Family Insurance.

Chamber dinner – speaker possibilities? Possibly no speaker, something similar to casino night.

Open Discussion
Fall Event Nov. 13th: Tasting at Meadowlark farms for $25/pp cider flights. Natalie to propose joining the chamber to them and then will proceed with event. If they do not want to join the chamber, then we ask that they come to Morning Grit farms for the presentation.
Christmas at the pond 6pm Dec. 1st – community tree lighting
Chamber to sell 12? Spots for business lights
-$110 members, $160 non-members (Save $10 if sign up by Nov 1st)
-November 17th-30th set up time
-Will email spot (board to place sign) before 17th, must light up, be staked to the ground, 10×10 spots, city to turn off automatically at a set time each night, no competition this year, lights must be down by Jan 3rd.
