June 19-Aug 20 review of treasurers report including bank deposits and withdrawals. Ending balance of $7,722.03.

Ross to contact new Donut Shop about membership.

Paint and Sip went well – approx. 20 people attended
New Business
Ribbon cutting 8/26 @ 530pm to the east of high school for Butler Community College new welding shop.

October event at the farm moved to November 13th. Natalie to contact Meadowlark Farms about cider tasting event.
City community tree lighting Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving.
-Sell spots for Christmas displays around pond to fundraise for chamber/hometown christmas. 16 spots, $110 each for chamber members $160 for non-members, but discounted $10 if sign up by November 1st. Businesses in charge of creating display. Start promoting mid-September.
