Call to Order
The Executive Board Meeting was called to order by Gerald at 12:04 pm. The meeting was held at Gerald Amato Insurance.

Member of the Month
- K Westphall video is complete and will be published Aug. 1
Mia provided an update on Student Intern working with us.
New Business
- Invite new members to a board meeting for an orientation
- Approved budget for Teachers Back to School project organized by Kelsey
- Discussed ordering Chamber shirts or name badges
- Mixer Mingle in September – will give away a $50 gift card, members are encouraged to bring a guest
- Our mission/focus is on supporting our current membership
- We may discuss partnering with Andover Chamber, as we did for the joint member Andover Autobody’s ribbon cutting, possibly other events
- Discussion about possibly creating an Annual Member Award, self nominate
