Velocity High Speed Internet

Created to bridge the rural digital divide, Butler Electric Cooperative announced the launch of the internet company, Velocity, in March 2018. Velocity is a grassroots effort to provide high speed Internet to Butler Electric Cooperative’s membership and surrounding communities. At its core, Butler Electric Cooperative has a long history of providing members with safe and reliable electric service. Butler serves approximately 7,500 residential and commercial electric meters spread throughout seven counties in south central Kansas.
