This equipment cleans and removes mill scale, dirt, rust and is ideal for the preparation of large numbers or exceptionally complex parts for painting or other finishing operations.
We also offer an extensive line of replacement parts including everything from blast wheel blades to electrical components – even replacement parts for our competitors’ equipment. Additionally we offer a wide range of premium quality abrasives and cleaning compounds.

Viking began manufacturing blast machines for the automotive industry over 30 years ago. Since that time, Viking’s product line has expanded from a few standard machines specific to that industry to a full product line.
Machine types offered include indexing spinner hangers, and belt and basket style tumble, and table batch style blasters; chainbelt, monorail, skew roll, and roller table flow through blast systems; 13 different styles of parts washers including both batch and flow through models, all available in numerous sizes and configurations; tub and bowl vibratory deburring machines; and dust collection systems.
