Call to Order
The Executive Board Meeting was called to order by Gerald at 12:06 pm. The meeting was held at Gerald Amato Insurance.

Treasurer Report
Cody and Natalie to work out date on giving paper work to him.
Natalie did a transfer of PayPal account to checking account.
Butler Co Farm Bureau needs to pay remaining balance to get profile setup (new member). Lee Media will reach out to them once it is paid to create account.
Viking and Historical Society Renewed Feb 15.
Catering for General Election meeting to Truly Amazing.
Lee Media will reach out to Rose Hill Pharmacy to complete member profile on website after PayPal went through.

February 2024 Chamber Marketing Report
New Business
Getting new board member, Cody (Treasurer) up to date with paper work, banking & card information up to date, and handing over information (paperwork/records, email, PayPal login, square readers, mail keys).
Cody to meet with Teressa on getting paperwork done for filling.
Gerald suggested keeping records at his office so Cody does not have to take them and they are in a central location.
Lee Media to send guide on renewing memberships on website when members pay by check. To send to rhchambertreasurer@gmail.com.
Will be sharing password for rhchambertreasurer@gmail.com to board via email so everyone has login.

Chamber Dinner:
- Lee Media to create mailer for it (email and print copy)
- Need to be mailed April 1st, will need to design, approved, and printed beforehand
- Only one Business Student of the month from school has rsvp’d for Chamber Dinner. Kelsey to contact teacher to make sure others will fill out form.
- Natalie secured speaker, Lee Gray, for Chamber Dinner. Natalie will send Lee’s blurb for speaker handout & PowerPoint slides for presentation once she gets it.
- Gerald will bring his projector.
- Catering: Louis for dinner, Truly Amazing for desserts
- plan on 50 people for now
- Natalie will work on getting drinks (& beer/wine) donated
- Purchase nice disposable table clothes for dinner instead of renting them
- Send out email asking for donations
- Show examples for ideas (gift cards, baskets, wine)
- Does not have to be from your business
- Can spend $10-whatever you want!
- Does not have to be extravagant.
- Can give to Kelsey or have Kelsey pick it up.
- Give Morning Grit Farms shoutout for hosting event in each email for reminders
- Give out $100 gift card for raffle.
- Second raffle for custom Stanley cups (2).
- put $50 in chamber bucks in cups.
- Members Only for event.
Kelsey talked to school counselor about scholarship for this year. Counselor reported that senior class is looking for scholarships. Gayle has been mentioning scholarships while subbing at high school.
Cameron (senior business student) said he is interested in media design, possible shadow at Lee Media Group?
Gayle brought up idea that chamber could promote some community events/giving back or days targeted toward small town, community business, etc.
