The Executive Board Meeting was called to order by Gerald Amato at 12:08 pm. The meeting was held at Gerald Amato, American Family Insurance office.

Did not move the sponsorship money on the spreadsheet, but it is down correctly in the bank. (the sponsorship from Andover Auto Body
Still need to complete the car show numbers, still have some expenses that need to pay.
We made over $4k this year in the car show. Would like to have a larger starting fund, and Natalie will bring the numbers to next meeting to discuss

Old Business follow-up:
General Meeting discussion – pretty disappointed in the turnout, any ideas about how to increase the attendance. Next meeting is December 15, 2022.
The next General meeting will be January 19, 2023 at the Community Room
Shop Local – we need to gather up the clear boxes. Not enough time to get anything together for this year’s Christmas season. Flags are coming apart in the wind, we need to figure out a better either clamp or pole.
